Thank you Shinu, actually Im following the same example and it doesn't work because of the ParentID issue

Hi Kris,
In order get the correct functionality of the RadOrgChart control you need to bind it to a data source that provides valid data for both the DataFieldID and DataFieldParentID. I would suggest that you review the data source that you use to bind the control and check if all DataFieldID filed have a corresponding valid DataFieldParentID filed as the example of DataTable in the middle of the WebService help article of the RadOrgChart .
