RadMenu UI Problem

    Dear all,

    I need your help for my Web application. The problem is the incorrect display of the menu.
    The application works correctly through VisualStudio and also by publishing to the local IIS of the computer where I installed the development software (image1). When publishing on the remote server (IIS10, Windows Server 2016) The menu appears as (Image2).

    I attached also the application pool and the web.config of the server.
    Can Someone help me?

    Hi Andrea,

    Can you check whether the problem is not related to Compatibility mode of IE: https://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/details/different-appearance-in-internet-explorer-on-local-and-production-servers?

    Does it happen in Chrome or Firefox on the production server?

    Are there any JS errors in the console or missing resources in the network tab (F12)?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have the errors in the attached file.

    I have attached the web.config of the asp.net website.

    This application is up and running on iis 7.5 and Windows server 2008 r2 but with framework 2.0.

    Hi Andrea,

    Indeed, there is JS error which means that the Telerik scripts are not loaded. There are also other errors which show that the ASP.NET Web Forms resource files are blocked.
