[Solved] RadMenu overlaying ComboBox Item Template

I have a RadComboBox with an ItemTemplate. When the drop down is selected and displays the ItemTemplate, the menu overlays the ItemTemplate.  I set the Z-Index to 100500 on the RadComboBox, and the two tables in the ItemTemplate.  I set the Z-Index to 100000 on the RadMenu, but the behavior persists. 

Any ideas?
