radMenu item alignment get mixed up

Hello friends. I have a radMenu on my MasterPage. when i hover the mouse on it at runtime it suddenly dissapears. and also some of its items have right alignment for text and some of them have left. 
What can i do for this problem?

Can you please provide either a live url or a simple page where I can observe the issue since the information that you provided is not sufficient to replicate the issue locally and help you out?
