Hello,
You can see it from here : http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/input/examples/programming/serverside/accessingvalue/defaultcs.aspx
if you open that demo, and start clicking Accessing Value under Server-Side API in menu on the left side of the window, after every click the RadMaskedTextBox will blink with red.
How this can be fixed ?

Hello,
The issue has been fixed for single-line textboxes and we are still researching for the best way to fix it for multiline masked textboxes. Please upgrade to Q3 2009 once it becomes available.
