Hi,

I have a radgrid being displayed, and at any given instance it will have a minimum of 500 rows.
This grid is resulting in the webpage taking a very long time to load, and we have also defined a context menu to be opened on right click of this grid. This context menu never showsup, rather this operation result in a IE hang.

Need your help at the earliest possible.

Thanking you in advance.

Hi Parodist,

I have found in the following help article that when you present large number of records at once you will see delays in the grid operations execution. Actually, the problem lies in the browser which cannot handle large amounts of HTML. You can try this with a very large treeview, menu, panelbar, etc. (with thousands of items), or you can even try to select the contents of your page in the browser and you will see 100% CPU utilization for a certain period of time.
You may refer this help article which explains different ways in which you can optimize the performance of the control.
