[Solved] radgrid staying in editetemtemplate after updata command

Hi,

We have a radgrid, the gird contains the template columns. In item command event i am updating the grid contro.
After updating the record it is not coming to the original view.  the grid is still showinig the data in edit view i.e. all the edit item template controls (textbox,dropdownlist....) are still showing.

How can i show the grid in normal view after updation.

Hi Sai,

Have you set the AllowAutomaticUpdates/AllowAutomaticInserts property of the RadGrid to true? If so try setting it to false and see whether the edit form is getting closed after the Update operation.
