If you run the Wave accessibility checker against the RadGrid it gets errors because of the buttons that do not contain text.

Hi Brian,

Can you please set the RadGrid's EnableAriaSupport property to "true"?

If this does not solve the accessibility error, please upgrade to the latest version of Telerik.Web.UI. You can find upgrade instructions here.
