Hi Sebastian,

I have already replied in the mentioned thread. We are looking forward to the sample web site.

Additionally, please note that the purpose of the General and Products Feedback type of tickets is for the customers to share their opinion of our products, support, help and etc. and provide suggestions for further improvements.
The support tickets and forums are used for submitting issues you faced with our controls.
Therefore, if further question arise please start a formal support ticket or a forum thread and we will address your questions as necessary.

Eyup,

Thanks.  I opened a ticket 18.5 hours ago.  Still no response.

My suggestion for your improvement: release a product that works and respond to questions within an hour not eighteen.

Regards,
Sebastian

Hello Sebastian,

Thank you for the feedback. However, as I mentioned in the thread, support tickets response time limit is 24 hours.

I have prepared a sample runnable web site to demonstrate that the grid inserting works as expected. Can you please run the attached application and instruct me the exact steps to reproduce the issue?

Please check my two latest tickets with Sitefinity.  There you will find username and pass for admin access to my site.

24 hours to say that you need  a sample is a little excessive, is not it?  24 hours to provide superior customer service, now that would be nice....

thanks

Hi Sebastian,

I have successfully logged in the site - http://www.ptagis.org/. Now I need to know where the RadGrid for ASP.NET AJAX is located.

Can you please elaborate on your scenario, chosen databinding approach, specific path of the page where the problem is observed, etc? This will lead to reduce greatly the conversation delay.

Additionally, I am afraid that a live URL will not be sufficient - please modify the provided sample web site to demonstrate the issue and send it back to us. Thus, we will be able to further debug and analyze the application and suggest a proper solution.

Regards,
Eyup
