Hello. I am trying to follow the RadGrid Insert example on the following page: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/dataediting/alleditablecolumns/defaultcs.aspx
It's not exactly a walkthrough or a tutorial so I am a bit lost. How do I duplicate the look and functionality of the that RadGrid? I am trying to insert new records with a section at the top where you can insert a new record. Please tell me how I can learn how to do this. The pdf tutorial lacks instruction also.

If you notice, the Example Source Code & Description and section contains a Description tab with links to various topics discussed in great detail in the online help documentation about RadGrid. The same can provide you with detailed knowledge on the approached to take using different data source setups and grid configurations.
