I am having an issue with my radgrid.  I enabled filtering on my runtime databinded grid.  When I filter on Some fields (non integer) they are working fine but on the INTEGER and BIT field on the that I am recieving the above error on the ajax postback.  Any ideas?

I've also seen this problem when I do a search for an 'equals to' and there's nothing in the table that matches the criteria.  Was this question ever answered?
