You can easily localize your RadGrid to Persian as demonstrated in this online demo: Grid/Localization. And, you can also reconfigure the RadGrid with Right-to-Left Support as shown in this online demo: Grid/Right-to-left Support

You may first need to create the Persian resources files (.resx), as discussed in the Localization through global resources documentation.
