Hi,
We're having an issue with a RadGrid when there are no records returned. Here's the scenario - this grid has several columns in it that are either hidden or visible based on a boolean value. When the grid has data bound to it, I am able to scroll completely to the right and view all of the columns. But when there are no records bound to the grid, the scrollbar will not allow the user to scroll all the way to the right. I double checked this by moving my last column up two or three in the sequence - once I did that, I was able to view the moved column, but the two columns before it are now not visible.
Is there a way to force the scrollbar to "reset" after the columns have been setup?
Thanks,
Jerry

Hello Jerry,
Can you confirm which version of RadControls you are using because I tried with the latest and could not notice such problem in both IE and Firefox. You can see the below video and let me know if I have missed anything out:

Hi Tsvetina,
I am also having similar problem. My browser is IE7, using Telerik Ajax: 2012.3.1308.40
All my columns are always visible. But if no records are found, the last column is not shown when you scroll all the way to the right.
Thanks.

Hi Trisha,
I suggest that you download the latest version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and see if it makes any difference.

We are using Q3 2013 and have the same issue.
RadGrid with no records has no horizontal scrollbar. Once a record is added and bound to the grid the horizontal scrollbar appears.

Hi Paul,
Do you have scrolling enabled in your grid? Also can you provide your grid declaration and the related code behind, so we can test it on our side?
