RadFileExplorer :: Access to the Path '\\xxx\xx' is denied

I able to access to the path as configured in the local system run. I encountered access to the path is denied error when i hosted it in IIS server.

 

The error as showed in the screenshot.

 

can anyone help me on this?

Hi Hong,

This is a common IIS error which is usually related to to the permissions given to the IIS user. You need to find out from the application pool for the website what is the identity it is running under (by default this is Application Pool Identity) and grant that the correct permissions.
