[Solved] RadEditor to edit List Items

I deployed wsp file of Radeditor and restarted iis.
I activated the feature in  site features.
When I create the Task and try to edit the comments it is disabled and rad editor is not visible to enter the comments..

The same thing is happening with the Radeditor webpart.I added Rad editor webpart to the page.But I am unable toi see the rad editor to the webpart.

Could you please help me out in this.

I restarted the iis after deploying the solutiuon and activated the features.

I gone throught the documentation of radeditor only thing we will get the problem is dued to iis restart.But I am doing that and unable to see the radeditor.
