Hi Hassan,
As you mentioned, the RTL fonts are not supported and there is not suitable approach to workaround this problem with the built-in PDF export library.
I suggest trying to use more powerful PDF export library and extend the RadEditor export-To-PDF feature. You can follow this blog post for more information on this matter.
