We are working with RadEditor in a RadWindow.  I have been able to duplicate this behavior in you live demo (RadEditor in a RadWindow) (that was installed with Q1 2009 assemblies)

When you open the window, switch to HTML view and remove all content.
Switch back to Design view.
Type a line of text ("test" is sufficient), the highlight the line, and try to apply the H1 (or any other ones besides 'normal').

The dropdown becomes "Paragraph" and all your text disappears in design mode.  The text loses all formatting (if the save even works at this point).  If you switch between.  A javascript error is generated if you switch again between HTML and design modes.

We could not reproduce this behavior on the web site live demo so either you have already addressed this issue?

Thanks!

Hello Shawn,

The problem was indeed reported earlier and has been fixed in the current official Q1 2009 SP2 - this is the reason for you not able to reproduce it on the online demos. My suggestion is to replace your current DLL with the SP2 DLL.

I am a newbie to the Telerik line.  Can you please explain in what way I can obtain the assembly of which you speak?

Thanks!

P.S.
Specifically,  we have purchased the Q1 2009 and have no desire to revert back to trial version.  Will SP2 know that it is a paid copy and keep it that way or will it revert to trial if we do not get the right install?

P.P.S.
Never mind.  I tried to open a ticket to request the same info and was provided the info I needed, I have forwarded this to the peron who made the initial purchase.

Thanks for all your help!
