Hello,
Can you please make sure that you are using the latest Q2 2013 version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX (2013.2.611)? If you are using an older version, test with the latest build.
If the problem is reproducible with the latest version of Telerik.Web.UI.dll, please, open a support ticket and provide a simple working project that will help us to recreate the problem.
