Hi all
I have a problem with FF 8 and greater version. (We have a MOSS2007/WSS3 Frontend Server, Win2003 x86)
The RadEditor Light was succesfull installed and deployed. Test with multiple Browser are ok but with Firefox 8 and greater there show a simple text box without any editing possibility. Its seems the edotor not load in FF 8 and greater versions.
Is that a known copatibility issue or is there a posibility to configure the editor so that it works with FF 8?

Greatings Ralf

Hello,

Radeditor Light (4.5.6) is based on the very old RadEditor Classic which does not support the modern browsers such as IE8+ and Firefox 6+. Since we stopped supporting it a couple of years ago I suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of RadEditor for MOSS, which now is 5.8.12. You can find the upgrade instructions in the following online help article: Upgrade Instructions from version 4.x to version 5.x

All the best,

Hi,

RadEditor for MOSS 5.8.12 is based on the latest paid version of RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX Q3 2011 (2011.3.1115).

For your convenience I have attached the trial build of RadEditor for MOSS 5.8.12. You can activate a download link for the trial build under your account, only after installing RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX suite via the provided installer.

Kind regards,
