It only supports document linking.
Kindly include image link where in the dialog, you can select the image file to link.
Other editors have this functionality, but RadEditor lacks.

Hello Ulysses,
RadEditor offers the possibility to modify its built-in dialogs. You can find a detailed tutorial on how to modify the
LinkManger
dialog, to open a custom dialog instead of
DocumentManager,
in the following KB article:
