Hi. We are trying to move our content share folder from a regular network shared folder to a DFS share. The share is exposed to the site using a virtual directory folder setup as part of the IIS site configuration on the root level. Application-wise, the paths to the folders are set using  RadEditor.ImageManager/DocumentManager/FlashManager.View/Delete/UploadPaths properties.

The problem we are having is that when you're on the editor panel and click on the document, image or flash button, the corresponding pop-up window shows nothing. It seems like it's not recognizing the paths that were specified using the different properties above. The problem goes away every time we set the virtual directory share in IIS back to the regular network share.

We found on some other forum here in this community that someone had a similar issue dealing with DFS but with RadFileExplorer:

Do you have any insights?

Hi Joey,

Am not quite sure what may cause the problem in your case. Could you please try to open a file directly in the browser - by adding a direct link to the file? In case that the file appears when it is referenced directly, please provide more information about your configuration.

Kind regards,
Fiko
