Hi,
i am using RadDatePicker & RadAsyncUpload controls on my page. but the problem is both the controls are not displaying at the same time.

Hello Ravi,
I suspect that you are hitting the Internet Explorer CSS limit -
http://blogs.telerik.com/kamenbundev/posts/10-05-03/internet_explorer_css_limits.aspx
Please use RadStyleSheetManager or combine some of your non-embedded CSS files, if such exist.
