Could you elaborate a little bit more on this case? This seems like unexpected behaviour, but the information you provided is quite insufficient.
What do yo mean by "not being able to see the runtime"? Could you provide us with a live URL, so we could inspect it and see if we find anything.
A sample project would be also nice, though if you were indeed doing a simple redeployment, you shouldn't have problems.
Also, which version of the controls are you using? I see from the information that you provided that it's 2011.2.915 (2011 Q2 SP1), however, in your account history I can see that you've downloaded only 2010.2.929 (2010 Q2 SP1/2). It's a minor detail, but we need to clear it.
