Following this documentation:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/combobox-custom-attributes.html

There is no Attributes property for the RadComboBoxItem class... Why?  (See attached.)

I am using Telerik.Web.UI assembly version 2014.1.225.40 (.NET 4.0)

Add a reference to System.Web assembly and Intellisense will pick up the System.Web.UI.AttributeCollection WebControl.Attributes property.
