radcombobox Home/End key not working in latest version

Using a radcombobox which allows typing. if you put the cursor in the textbox the Home?end keys do not work. In previous versions the Home/End key moves the cursor to the begin/end of the typed text. You can see this isn't working on your demo site https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/combobox/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

This was working in version 2018.2.710.45 but broken in version 2019.3.917.45

Hi,

I have also noticed this, but I don't see the thread you mentioned where your discussion was continued.  Is this now intended behavior?  If so is there a workaround?  We have customers who use the end/home keys in the radcombobox.

Hi Richard,

 

We improved the Accessibility of the RadComboBox by implementing a Home/End button navigation for its scrollable dropdown element. It seems that it prevents the input navigation when the combo input allows custom text. It is already fixed for the next Release Version (sometime around the middle of January) by bringing the old behavior back, but also keeping the new feature by coming up with a valid solution to include both these cases.
