Hi,
I had used Rad Controls and we got the error while using RadComboBox control at the time of design.
Error as follows:
“There was an error rendering the control. locationType is neither a DataColumn nor a DataRelation for table.”

This could happen if you have bound the RadComboBox to an ObjectDataSource.
In this case, the designer does not know what is the underlying data, so it displays the error message. We have classified this as a minor issue and will resolve it by simply hiding the error message.
We will resolve this by hiding the error message so that it does not confuse users.
