RadComboBox - searching with comma does not work

Hi -- We have a RadComboBox that has names in format --
Smith, Joe v
Thomas, Joan

When we start typing in the box with something like -- Smit
it can find Smith, Joe V

However if we type Smith, Joe   
No records are returned.


Any ideas?

We would need some more information, in order to troubleshoot the issue for you. Please provide us with the implementation of the RadComboBox that you use at your end. Do you use any Filter? In addition, please specify the version of our controls that you are using.
