When i mouse hover the color and select any color, it works like it shows the hash color in textbox, again i mouse hover on the same color box it changes the value in the textbox without any click,
why this is happend.

Hello Anil Kumar,
The textbox and the box with background-color form the preview panel of the color picker. While you move the mouse over the color boxes, it shows a preview of the color you can select. In case the mouse is not over a color box, the preview panel shows the currently selected color.

Yes this is not working
In case the mouse is not over a color box, the preview panel doesn't shows the currently selected color.
thats my problem why this is happend,
can you send me the code with css so i can test the code in my local.
Or tell me is there any version problem or not please reply me soon.

Hi Anil Kumar,
I tried to reproduce the problem with our online demos, but to no avail. This feature was implemented for Q3 2009 and in case you are using this, or a later version, you should not get the described result.
In case you are using Q3 2009 or a later version and you can still reproduce the problem, please open a new support ticket and send us a simple running project that demonstrates this problem.

Right now I am using Q2 2009 3.5 Asp.net Ajax controls.
In the Q1'10 whats the new change in the ColorPicker

Hi Anil Kumar,
We are not sure what exactly you mean by "I send you the code please have a look and tell me the problem where i made mistake." - there is no code provided in this thread. As Tsvetie explained you should upgrade your project to a later version of RadControls since the one you are using is older then the one she mentioned. As to changes in controls between releases, you can get a detailed information of all applied changes in every new release below:
