RadCalendar loosing skin

Hi,

I've got a very strange problem with RadCalendar.  I have had this problem for many versions of RadCalendar but am just now looking into it in a bit more details.

I have a master page with RadAjaxPanel around the ContentPanel.  I have a UserControl with a RadCalendar and this user control toggles between a List View (RadGrid) and an Edit view (where the RadCalendar lives).  So, in an ajax request I toggle the visibility of these panels.

However, sometimes when I toggle the Edit view on the RadCalendars have lost their skin.

I have tried to reproduce this issue on a smaple project but was not able to.  I have debugged the requests using Fiddler and there appears to be no bad requests also. So I'm at a bit of a loss on this one.

Any tips on how to narrow this issue down?

I have tried with FireBug, but no noticeable errors were found.

It definatelly does NOT load the Calendar CSS WebResource on the second callback, however I assume this is because its cached in the browser??  I am also using other RadControls and they do not load their WebResources either but appear fine.
