I found something and I really need this to get working. When using RadBinaryImage inside of XmlHttpPanel. This is super easily reproducable, but if any code needed I will post a small demo project.
Please can you let me know what is the status of this?

Hi Ivan,
Recently, we have made a number of changes to the RadControls in order to provide better compatibility with web services and callbacks used in the RadXmlHttpPanel control. Please get the latest internal build from our site (http://www.telerik.com/account/downloads/internal-builds.aspx) and see if the problem is fixed. If not, open a formal support ticket and attach a small sample that demonstrates the problem so we can help you fix it.
