RadAsyncUpload issue in incognito window in chrome

Hi,

 

I am trying to upload a file which is of size 9.99 MB in incognito window in chrome, the browser is freezes for some time for around a minute. After that time,  I see the selected file in the browser. But when i do the same steps in normal window, it's working fine. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Hello Vijay,

Would you please share what are the requests in the browser console when in Incognito mode?

Meanwhile, please check if this is replicated with various files and if it is observed in our AsyncUpload online demos also:

• https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/asyncupload/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx;

Also, you can check if this is replicated in other browsers and their Incognito alternative modes, for example, the Private mode of Internet Explorer and FireFox.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the reply.

I have tested in your AsyncUpload online demo and still facing the issue. I am not able to attach the file here due to 2 MB limitation.

We started another thread for the same issue with new observations. Please see below thread.

We have verified this in the other browsers private windows like IE and Mozilla fire fox. It worked fine there. But we suspected it could be because of https site as mentioned in the new thread. Please see the other thread and let us know if more info is needed.

Just to let you know about the excel file that we created, we created an excel of size 10 MB and 11 worksheets.
