RadAsyncUpload focus and hover style override

There's no visible focus when a user hover over the RadAsyncUpload control or focus is set to it ... see attachment. How do I apply CSS the the control to indicate to user when focus/hover is set to it?

Hi Diane,

Please review the following demo on the matter: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/asyncupload/examples/draganddrop/defaultcs.aspx. 

If you hover a file over the AsyncUpload or the Custom Drop areas their color will change right away.
