At this moment I'm using a radajaxpanel, but with IE8 it takes 10-15secs to remove loading image, but the same app with FF3.5 it takes 1-2secs.
Any advice is welcomed

The rendering and Javascript engines of FF 3.5 are considerably faster than those of IE, so some difference in performance is normal. In general, the larger the new HTML output that must be rendered and the larger the number of controls to be reinitialized after the AJAX request, the larger the difference in performance in the two browsers.
