I have changed my telerik from Q3 2008 to Q3-2009 SP2.
i am facing skin issues in radWindows.
It is displaying properly in some pages, and while opening window from some pages its displaying not properly.
i am attaching a snapshot of this , please give a solution

Hello kks,
If you are using external / custom skins from Q3 2008, they are not compatible with recent RadWindow's skins. More information on the subject along with several upgrade options are available in these blog posts:
