I am using rad list view, i want to use select button in place of edit button as above in example.
On click of select button i want to fetch company name,name, title,city etc values .
How to fetch the records of selected list on click of button, please help.

You could refer to the Selecting items demo of RadListView control where you can see a similar approach to the one you are looking for. In the demo you can also see how to extract the values from the current item:
