Can we have 3d look of rad grid rows. 
and can we have two column view for rad grid rows. and have drag and drop feature with in grid columns. and rows.

Hello Raman,

What you show rather looks like something that can be implemented with a RadListView control. There each item is a sepatate object and you can do drag an drop. As for the 3D look, this entirely depends on the way you are going to style your items.
