Rad Grid Localisation - known issues?

Hi
Are there problems with using Generate Local Resource in VS 2008 against the latest version of the rad grid?
After I ran it against a radgrid the edit option stopped working correctly - eg.  filter data displayed in the grid and then edit a row, the grid displays the first page of the none filtered data with one of the rows in that page in edit mode.  removing the meta resourcekey from the rad grid got rid of this problem.

What the recommendation for localising the the latest version?

So, are there known problems using Generate Local Resource in VS 2008 against the latest version of the rad grid?  Is it intended that it should work with any of the telerik controls or are you recommending not to use it?

Hi Mary,

I tested the behavior you mentioned and hence I can suggest you remove all expressions from the Local Resource in order to overcome this issue. (GroupByExpression, SortExpression, etc). The above mentioned expressions are applied notwithstanding that they are empty and thus you are experiencing unexpected behaviors.
