Is it possible to provide a live URL to the problematic page? If the site is not accessible in Internet, you can save the whole page with its CSS and HTML files (File -> Save As -> WebPage, complete
) and send it via a support ticket. Than I will be able to load it in my browser, reproduce the problem and examine it with FireBug or IE Developer toolbar.
