rad editor not enable while click on design tab

I have a rad grid inside a custom tab control, when we upgrade to new telerik version ( 2013.3.1324), it is not working as expected. If we click on the design tab of rad editor it is not enabling.

Hello Matthew,

The described issue could be related to a known issue which is introduced as an incorrect rendering of the RadEditor control when shown via AJAX request. I assume that you can find more useful information about this matter in this forum thread and use one of the provided workarounds.

If this does not help with the problem, please get back to me with more information about the scenario and it would be helpful if you are able to provide a simple project that demonstrates the problem.
