Dear Team,

Recently, we upgraded the browser to IE 10.

We are using Telerik Rad Controls of version 2011.2.712.40.

When we click the image manager from Rad Editor, it shows as an empty box. Please refer the attached screenshot.

This issue occurs only in IE10.

Let us know how to fix this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We introduced official support for IE10 and Visual Studio 12 in a "Refresh" called build  ver. 2012.2.815. The older versions do not support IE10 and if you do not want to upgrade RadControls, you can force the browser to render the page in IE9 mode using the following meta tag:

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9" >

However, the recommended approach is to upgrade to the latest official build Q2 2013 SP1 (version 2013.2.717), which offers full support for IE10, including the latest bug fixes and new features.

Best regards,
