Telerik Support,
I am receiving the following error “The operation could not be completed. Invalid FORMATETC structure” when trying to add the “RADEDITOR” Telerik Control to my page. Please find the environment details below with the mail. Also, I have attached the snapshot of the error.
Environment Details:
OS: Windows-7
IDE: Visual Studio 2008
Project using: .NET Framework 3.5
Ajax Control Toolkit Version: 3.5.50731.0

Hi Varun,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing troubles when using the RadControls through the Toolbox.
The problem that you have encountered is strange and we haven't seen it before. Can you try whether resetting the Toolbox (right-click the Toolbox and select 'Reset Toolbox') solves the issue? I also suggest you restarting the IDE.
If the this doesn't help I suggest you to repair your RadControls installation.
