I am using the RADEditor SharePoint version and also got the fullpledged tool from the telerik URL but when trying to apply the "Apply CSS" option page is going to "No Reponse" mode and never coming up
Do we need to have some pre-defined classes in places ?

Hi Roopesh,
By default, the Apply Class dropdown is populated with the classes from the page. If they is a huge amount of classes it is expected to wait long for the dropdown expanding.
What you can do is to restrict the classes and load only the desired ones using the class toolsfile tags. You can see how to do that in the following article: CSS Styles.
