Hello Aref,

I hope you would want to upgrade from the classic controls(Asp.Net) to the prometheus controls(Asp.Net Ajax), in which case the following article should help:
Migration from RadGrid for ASP.NET To ASP.NET AJAX

The article provides information on how to upgrade from the RadGrid for Asp.Net control to the RadGrid for Asp.Net Ajax control. For any other controls you should be able to find "Migration from ASP.NET To ASP.NET AJAX" or "Changes and Backwards Compatibility" articles in the online help.
