1. Recently, our project upgraded from 2010.1.415.40 of Telerik to 2013.1.220.40 and features like Sorting, Pagination doesn’t seem to be work on IE 8/9 or Mozilla browsers. Is there anything that we are missing? The existing Telerik version works fine on IE 8 and Mozilla. We did this upgrade to make our application compatible with IE 9.

Hi Vaishali,
Based on the information provided it would be hard to determine what is causing this. A lot has changed since 2010. Generally such kind of behavior can be caused by JavaScript errors. Could you ensure that such kind of errors are not present in the problematic web pages?

Hi Angel,
Currently, we are using AjaxControlToolkit with version 4.1.40412.0. Which is the recommended version for Telerik 2013.1.220.40?

Hello Vaishali,
We always recommend using the latest version which currently is 2013.1.403. The service-pack is more stable as our developers have fixed some of the issues reported. More about the Q1 service-pack you can find in release notes.
