What does the following mean in the release notes?
If this is already described in greater detail somewhere, please let me know.
- Added an extensibility point to determine if the viewstate compression should be applied in conjunction with httpcompression

Hello Mike,
We exposed a mechanism which allows you to specify whether the viewstate compression will be applied or not when having httpcompression enabled. It is designated for internal usage its purpose is mainly compression performance optimization.
