Hello Naveen,

Our controls are ASP.NET controls and in order to use them you need to have .NET Framework installed on the hosting machine. We do believe that the cause of this issue is the lack of .NET Framework on your machine or its improper configuration.

Most probably your IIS is not properly configured to use ASP.NET. In general, this configuration is made by the .NET Framework installation wizard, but sometimes it fails. I had such a problem even on my home PC. Unfortunately, this issue is not related to our controls, thus the only solution I can give is to uninstall the framework only (not the whole VS2005) and install it again. This solution worked for a lot of our clients and for me as well.

In addition, you may check the following MS article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=306005&product=aspnet

All the best,
