I've written and deployed a simple FileUpload web page that works as expected when I run it locally on my Windows XP enviroment. The ProgressArea displays.
However, when I deploy (publish) it to my server (Windows Server 2003) and run it there, the ProgressArea does not show up. I've tried it locally on the server as well as from a different workstation. IIS6 is running on the server. I know that Ajax is working from the server because I also developed a page that does a custom progressArea. It DOES work. But the FileUpload progress area does not.
Installed on the server are:
.Net Framework 2.0 (SP2)
.Net Framework 3.0 (SP2)
.Net Framework 3.5 (SP1)
Ajax Extensions 1.0
WSE 3.0
