Hi Albert,
Our ASP.NET AJAX controls support IE 9 RTM since the Q1 2011 release of the suite (see this blog post for details). Verify that you are using this version of the controls to ensure that they will be fully compliant with the recent major version of the IE browser.

The article says nothing about solving the problem, I'm using the Q3 2010 for thisversion there is an update or a patch to fix the problem me?, or patience on this subject as it solved?
