[Solved] Problems with controls rendering.

Hello.

We use some telerik's controls for our site and sometime have problems with rendering.

Please, see attached picture.

After site installing and first start all controls have wrong styles and AJAX not works.

After some time (1-2 hours sometime day) all works correct...

OS and all applications is German.

Please, tell what can be reason of this issue?

There could be something where the IIS setup is preventing all of the styles to be sent to the client. If this application is hosted on other machines do they have a similar behavior or are the styles appearing? I'm not quite sure which setting would be the one in charge for this but that's my best bet since the styles aren't being displayed.
