Hello Debojyoti,
It seems that the RadGrid base stylesheet is missing. Have you by any chance set EnableEmbeddedBaseStylesheet="false" to the control?
Another possible reason is that your custom skin is not compatible with the latest RadGrid version - this will be the case if you are upgrading from RadControls 2008.3 or an older version and you need to convert the skin:

Thanks, that solves the problem. EnableEmbeddedBaseStylesheet was set to false. Setting it to true solves the problem
